Power Consumption
The HP t5725 uses about 21 watts with no drive, only flash storage.
Processor
The HP t5725 has a much stronger processor than its siblings.

But it still does have the ability to scale its frequency. Unfortunately it doesn't do much for its power consumption - with a reduction of frequency from 1000 to 666, there is only a reduction of about 1 or 2 watts.
No C-States
Unfortunately this machine only has one power (C) state.
